    i did her butt, thighs, and this workout yesterday (and this morning). you’ll feel it about 6 hours later. even walking up a flight of stairs after doing this workout and your likk man! this takes too much energy! hah cause it really does target and tire those muscles

    this is so painful at first. the first few times i couldnt get back 6 minutes. now i make it through but ohhhh man it hurts

    @SirenAsylum ive been doing pilates for over 2 years now and trust me it works i was overweight and started doing pilates and cuircuit training and lost weight and toned my body it may not feel like ur doing much at first but u will feel it the next day lol

    I still don´t really understand how that ´imprinting´ works (what she is talking about from 0:16 till 00:55 . Is it kind of pulling your belly in, so you get a slimmer belly?

    @dolltwin It only hurts because you abs are weak. You are using your neck to get up instead of your abs. Just keep trying and later your neck won’t hurt. When I first started ab work my neck hurt. Later my abs got strong enough that my neck didn’t hurt anymore

    I especially felt the first couple in my abs. I’ve been doing theater all summer so I haven’t been able to exercise other than walking to the bus stop and running around for entrances (as well as doing some stretching in during breakts). This is a really great morning exercise.

    this is amazing, I’ve been doing it for three months now, every day for 30 minutes (No cheating!!!) and the results are just AMAZING! The my body looks now gave me so much confidence.

    My bmi is 25.6 so I need to lose some weight. Can you tell me how many calories it would be good to have in one day? I go running/walking almost everyday and I do some abs and legs too. But still I don’t lose weight? I don’t eat candy, at all, I don’t drink much sodas or alcohol.

    I have been doing spinning class 5 days a week for 45 minutes. I am 5’3 and 145lbs and carry most weight in my butt and hips is spinning the best way to lose weight or will i build more muscle?or should i just stick with the treadmill…so confused..any info would be greatly appreciated :)

    @faintsunrise 800 calories is way too low for anyone to be consuming. Your body is not functioning at it’s full capacity. If you up your calories (good calories) most likely you’ll be able to burn more in the long run, maybe not right away but eventually.
