WHEY Protein and working out twice a day.?

you shouldn’t do weights twice a day. if you want to work out twice a day do split cardio and weights, but don’t do weights twice a day. whey is good post workout because it digests quickly, but as a meal substitute, it’s not that effective. a better alternative would be to eat whole foods loasded with protein throughout the day.

Continue to consume a pre and post workout shake BUT make sure you are consuming ample amounts of whole food proteins as well! Make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives.
