the thing is most people dont, and I don’t enjoy seeing people doing curls in the squat rack.

  2. dynamcuk says:

@tripleleap sometimes its good havin the atmosphere of other people trainin hard around you, but things can get crowded

  3. Mu5clehead says:

hey skip, are you trying to activate an anchor when you slap your chest like that at 2:43?

  4. tripleleap says:

does skip own the gym?? I wish I could workout at an empty gym.

  5. Zack147DK says:

:/ I envy how his gym is practically empty… Not fully of people talking and taking up space.

  11. SOUNDBOYMIKE says:

same here i remember when i first started i was curling 25 i was 18 and about 10 months later learning and understanding Max-OT im curling 65 waiting for 70

  12. H0us3MD says:

    Great background music skip!

  13. quixotee says:

so hard to work out at the gym without some a**hole trying to preach about “proper form” and “injury”. bet skip won’t have that prob. ^-^

  14. Rvd420WHAT says:

We’re talking maximum poundage here, over the fullest range of motion over the least amount of sets. As long as the weight is controlled and reaches a full peach with a controlled negative you are good to go. Remember Anorld used “cheat curls” as well. One of the best ways to hit the biceps with maximum poundage and intesity. Try a similar arm work out, I guarentee in 25 minutes your arms will feel like they are about to explode

  15. kingv911 says:

super strict form will definately limit ou strength and muscle gain wise. If you are super strict you wont even be ablt to get the weight moving once you reach a certain strength. There is happy middle ground between form and execution. Most pro bodybuilders have what mst people would consider somewhat sloppy form. In reality you’ll stimulate more muscle growth by putting them under heavier stress. I lift lke this now and have had way better gains. don’t listen to your hih school coaches!

  16. wolverineom says:

le luccha sule magne, back ante back……body hegirutto hage move agutte, nin amman tullu modlu exercise bagge tilko…..sometimes u have to cheat while curling the bar, when its heavier than normal…u cant stand straight like a statue and lift all the time…u will injure ur back…..give a lil momentum….nin amman tilko first

  17. HellionX says:

    Loose form. It works.

  18. utuberlol says:

barbell curls, best for size in my experience!

  19. asotspla says:

on his last set of bar curls he just makes it, should i try pump out another or is this enough.. and what was with the 2 reps was that acclimatising sets??

  20. lynx1510 says:

    Max-OT is hardcore likes! ^^

  21. yashespatel says:

MAX-OT bicep workouts pack on strength like no other. I was barely curling 45 before now im doing 70

  22. undertaker6102005 says:

Agree, whatever brings you results, stick with it. Everybody does not respond the same on a certain stimulus.

  23. guitarobsessed85 says:

as long as the muscles grow eh? I’ve found correct form makes me grow faster but not everyone’s mechanics are the same

  24. increasinglyparanoid says:

Natural competions do lie detector tests as well to test if they person has EVER used.

  25. undertaker6102005 says:

The hitting on his chest is an anchoring. He first connects a successful training unit(set) with a winning action(hitting his chest). Reverse: He hits his chest before a set(training unit) so that he has more possibility that the set will be successful. Works in every aspect of life, not only training.
