I like what you doing. You have really great strength. You seem to be very tall, what is your height?
@gayguy696 yes, it is really simple. You will need two things – a PVC pipe and rope. Cut the pipe in two peaces. Around 15 cm in length (each). Then you will need two peaces of rope. Each rope should be around 4 meters long (it depends on each persosns individual hight and the hight of the bar/branch where you want to put it). Slide the rope through the pipe. To securi it you will have to make several knots. Those knots will also help you to change the hight for each particular exercise.
@GreenwaldTom could you give me some tips on making a homemade trx? i already have one but my sister wants one too but can’t afford it, i want to help her make one, and your design seems to be the most simple and effective

You got some decent workouts going on there. It does look like the exercises are getting a little to easy for you. Try putting weight in a backpack and tighten the straps as far a possible to prevent moving. You’ll start seeing even more emprovements then you’re already seeing
