U R right about that. I have been doing these a little while and when I bent my knees like he did I could get 7 more than usual. Your knees should be straight if you are doing them underneath. If you have to use a wall or door mount then you have to bent a little..

agreed. How about going all the way down kyle. I’d expect more from a former YSU penguin.

Yeah I hear you… It’s almost impossible to get your knees straight doing those low rows because of how you are positioned when doing them. Particularly like in my case, using the Door Anchor instead of the Suspension Anchor, so I can’t go beyond “neutral”.

Yeah he definitely doesn’t do them as well. It’s still pretty awesome though.

He does not do the standing row like Sean. You can see the difference if you
watch the two videos. In my book it doesn’t count.
