  3. faroan00 says:

@Ranman551 when you loose the fluid that has built up around your muscle mass, it will define them. i am showing impressive results with reducing my water weight.
i am 114 lbs 5’2″, but carry fluid in my tummy, thighs, and calves… i am also on a high protein diet to increase my metabolism …. my thighs have gone down over an inch in circumference… do you know of a way to tone thighs?
i still have a way to go for the water retention in my legs

  5. MrAubery says:

I always wondered why, if women retain lots of water, then why do they drink lots of water ?!?!?

  6. mattrospecs says:

water weight is a bullshit theory used specifically for sports athletes who are involved in high-threshold physical exercises where standards for weight are implemented. fuck this video and theory on sodium intake. you’re telling people to watch their sodium intake on… filtered tap water? the general population chugs down multiple cans of pop a day.

  7. Ranman551 says:

Can anyone tell me if losing like 10 pounds or w/e water weight actually makes a difference in how you look? I’m not fat or anything but i’m trying to lower my percent body fat in order to show the definition in my muscles. I wouldn’t really care to cut back on sodium if it’s only gonna be a difference on the scale.

  8. Bekatowa says:

    Pseudo-weight loss.

  9. MarcusNorberg says:

Well, I’m talking about the simple carbs (glucose and fructose) in fruit. Fruit (just as anything that is genuinely raw) only contains organic sodium, which isn’t toxic to the body, thus it doesn’t need to buffer water in order to dilute it.

  10. MarcusNorberg says:

    Simple carbs contain sodium?

  11. MarcusNorberg says:

I lost ten pounds of water in a week eating only fresh, ripe, raw and organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds (eliminating all of my salt intake) – and I’m far from overweight (people actually considered me “skinny” before). Thus I don’t really agree with her on the carbs.

  12. pimpmcfatty says:

This isnt useless, yes it is a quick fix. But if you stay hydrated and have a good diet you will not have the weight in the first place.

  13. tcd625 says:

umm yes it is im a 140lb wrestler and i can lose about 12lbs in 2 days and i can reach about 20lbs in 3

  14. KidBers says:

As blades2002 water weight is not permanent weight loss its just for mma or wrestling to make a weight limit and then the day after be 20 pounds heavier then ur oppenent this sucks though

  15. anglxqtx says:

“20 lbs in just a few days” ?? i dont think that is possible

  16. Blades2002 says:

Water weight is NOT permanent weight loss…its usually used for MMA or wrestling to make a certain weight class for fighting, this is just useless

  17. AeonX7 says:

yep. she should have mention the purpose of cutting weight is for temporarily bringing your weight down to qualify for a lower weight class during fights

  18. episkeys says:

her hand movements makes me laugh so much. im really sorry for noticing. :/
but i guess the diet does work, i’ll prolly start as well. thanks!

  19. MrZAU says:

I think this video gives off the wrong message. Obese people may be carrying excess water weight from a high carbohydrate/sodium intake, but that’ll naturally lessen by itself with a proper diet. There is no use making a primary goal to lose water weight, concentrate on having a cleaner diet.

  20. fr3shballa14OG says:

thanx that makes sense i must not get enough water cuz it keeps retaining

  21. JessicaTenner says:

thanks, i didnt know carbs added water weight

  22. davedoug says:

i heard that if you load on salt for 5 days and then cut it out on the 6th day, your body dumps all the water out as it is used to releasing for the past 5 days.

  23. californiahallie420 says:

    thanks!!!

  24. InnerMobius says:
