Every person is different… I know a guy who can eat and eat and eat and makes me sick what he eats per day, but he is stays thin. And I eat not much, not often and still I gain weight. But water… That is the cradle of life and that works for everybody. And yes, you need to do some excersizing as well, otherwise you drink yourself sick…

i wanted to lose weight before a holiday so i could put it back on on the holiday so i decided to drink more water rather than doing a crazy diet and i lost about 10pounds in 8 days but i was jsut wondering was that muscle fat i was losing or just excess water
