1. You have to eat! Or die. :o
2. Try eating 5 veggies and fruits each a day or more. Eggs and fish is a good choice though.
3. Try drinking more water, and don’t talk to much. You suck in more air and gain more weight.

please respond i need to lose a bit of pounds by haloween for a shirt. i really neeed some help. today is the 23rd and i need to get from 135 to 125 by the 30th
any help? should i not eat at all?
