heey dont give up man, cut the carbs and fats about 2 weeks, just eat lean proteins and water and do cardio with lifting weight and you’ll see that fat disappear !! just don´t make that diet too much time, it can be dangerous for your body…

im really frustrated because i got totally ripped upper body and even abs that you can seen under my fat..and it is not going away..its just a lil tiny bit on my stomache.

crunches dont work! do high intensity running or interval running and ull lose fat off ur stomach… then do crunches to build ur ab muscles… it will show more :)

i could be wrong but i believe that provided your outputting more energy during your day that you input, youll lose weight. interval training is a good way to to get your heart rate up and use all the energy youve put into your body during the day. eat smaller servings. make it a healthy feed, dont skip breakfast, and be active during your day:) everbodys comments have been quite helpful too so cheers

yeah i did about a 100 crunches today and i felt it real bad, plus jogging and all that will also help right, im just soo paranoid for some reason and wanna tone up my waist soo badly!

sure just eat whateva u want but dont over eattt and keep doing situps 100 a day in sets of 20 and u loose weight in no time

Just keep doing it bro, you may not be doing enough reps for your abs, you gotta add more reps to your ab exercises instead of doing the same amount every time you exercise, so say one time do 50 crunches, then the next week, do 60 crunches, then so on and so on.
