    The answer is no.
You need x amount of calories per day for basic metabolism and brain function.
you will ingest these calories a day or your body goes in to starvation mode
eventually leading to fatigue, and lethargy.
Then to changes in your blood, etc…
As long as you are eating 1500 calories a day, you should be fine, and your body will absorb at least it’s needed calories.
Don’t work out too much, as your body needs a certain number of calories each day just to stay healthy.

The quick answer is yes: the Negative Calorie Diet does work. You will lose weight but the question is, what exactly will you lose? Unfortunately, most of the “weight loss” will be muscle and water – not body fat.

Negative calorie foods definitely have a place in a balanced diet as they can help fight hunger and keep your appetite in check. However, relying on them exclusively will not result in long-term weight loss.

I’ve provided a link to a brief article that discusses how Negative Diets work – and why they should be avoided.

No if you live only negative calorie foods you will starve your body. It will shut down and hold all the weight. You will lose it after that part wears off but you will gain it back as soon as you eat something. Its better to just limit your calories and eat right.

You can have an apple (negative calorie food right?) or something for breakfast. For one meal its fine but make sure you do take in calories with your other foods. Limit the fats you take in.

Hope this helps and good luck ?
