very impressive! I can barely do 4, lol, any tips for a beginner to get more reps in? I find that I just can’t do any more after a small set =/

nice job! i got my iron gym about 6 months ago and could only do about five or six reps, now that ive lost 50 pounds and been workig out everyday, i am up to 35 reps!

Too easy for a girl with arms that nice. How about 25 by Christmas!! To increase your endurance have a chair handy and use it to do assisted reps after you fail. Try to do 25-30 before you quit! Good Job!
