your voice is very soft in this video,.but the info is most useful
Squating makes your knees stronger , if you have an injury thats a different story.
Great overall tips, especially on body position for jumping and landing.
The most important aspect of our training is to listen to your body
This is just a suggested range and we understand that some folks will need to do a decreased range.
Train Hard!
squatting all the way to the floor is hard on some people knees…like mine…I was told not to squat like that. I used to when I played catcher in baseball and it messed up my knees.
