Welcome to my website everyone! In case you haven’t guessed (yeah right) I am very into keeping fit. I have done it all from weight machines at the gym, to Bowflex, Soloflex, Crossbow, free weights, exercise bands and on and on.
While I did get some benefits from all of them, they just didn’t get me where I wanted to be. All of those have another thing in common as well; they take up large amounts of space.
So what is a guy or gal to do? Body-weight exercise using Suspension Training. When you use your own body weight as resistance, you get a nicely defined, balanced look machines can’t give you. You also trigger cardio action at the same time which takes the fat off. Oh, and if you hate doing ab workouts, you will no longer have to. Your core gets a workout automatically while you do the other exercises. Suspension Training fires up the core, which includes the abs and obliques, even while doing leg work, bicep curls, or any other exercise.
The only problem with body weight exercise is it can get boring, and there aren’t a bunch of different exercises to do other than the basics like push-ups, squats, etc. This is why I made the site. I want to tell you about Suspension Training.
Suspension Training takes body weight exercise to a whole new level, literally. Guys, if you want a powerful physique, bigger muscles and more strength this will do it faster than anything else. Gals, you can get into the best shape of your life quickly and while having fun. And don’t worry, suspension training can be adapted to what ever your goals are. So for the ladies, if you don’t want big muscles, you won’t get them.
To do Suspension Training, you need an apparatus that takes up virtually no space. You can take it with you when you travel and do your workout wherever you are, whether in your hotel room or even outside. You just need an anchor point to attach it to like a bar, a door, a tree or anything that will support your weight. There is also a vast amount of exercises you can do. Over 300 at least.
